It's a New Year! Time for fasting in Hendersonville NC after all the feasting!

Join us to learn more about healthy fasting in Hendersonville NC! We will discuss the benefits of fasting, diet and how healing takes place in the human body. This is about reversing the damage from holiday feasting (and any other not-so-good things we did in 2022). We will also be discussing the role of zonulin, a powerful peptide that can cause a plethora of issues, is rarely diagnosed, how to prevent it from happening and reverse it if it has.

The meeting will last one hour, plus time for Q & A.

We will follow a 3-5 day fat-fast together and at the 2nd class discuss how to start eating in a new and healthy way to maintain optimum health. Getting into autophagy is the most anti-aging, healing, and beneficial thing we can do for our health. It's easy when you know how to do it and what to expect.

Cost for both classes is $125. This will cover coaching from Dr. Marie Andersson throughout the fast, printed materials, a light lunch, recipes, and, of course, the information you need to get the process started. Plus we will have each other as a group for support 🙂
